Treatment and next steps did not seem appropriate for my symptoms. I was not asked about current home treatment or specific symptoms for proper assessment. I would not recommend this facility or telehealth features.

The doctor on duty face timed me. She said she would give me a new antibiotic and she would also give me an anti-nausea medication when my husband went to the pharmacy the only medication they had for me was the new antibiotic. The doctor on duty also said she would email to my school email a doctors note. (I am a teacher.) I gave her my school email and the note never came through. 🤷‍♀️ not very happy.

Unfortunately, my video conference for what I’m sure is an ear infection, resulted in a recommendation to come into the Cohasset clinic. I was told my insurance will not be billed for the video conference nor do I expect it to be. If I see a charge, it will be disputed. Never again.

I booked an appointment for 2pm on tele health and waited for 75 minutes. I then had to call the office to make sure they knew I was waiting. They finally came on and the visit lasted 4 minutes. Wait time was crazy

Great urgent care visit. I would highly recommended this place.

Waited 45 mins. The NP was very short when she finally longed on. Barely asked me any questions and said it was a sinus infection. Never sent the medication in.

Fast an he was nice an friendly understanding to listened to everything making me feel like a person an not being rushed

I have a uti And the website says I can do a virtual visit when I cant. What a waste of time

Not sure why it allows you to make a virtual appointment and then told that it can’t be treated virtually.  Waste of co pay
