What patients are saying...

I went in thinking I had a UTI, waited 1 hr and 20 mins for the dr to tell me that the in house results came back negative. Dr told me she would send it out to be sure. It came back positive, after calling 3 times no one has called me back with the results. I spoke to Helen and told me that the dr would call in a medication that I'm allergic to. I asked her to have the dr call me and she told me due to the covid she is busy. Here's the thing, she personally doesn't go outside to due the test. So the Dr will neglect other patients. Helen also told me she would leave a message but not guarantee she'll call you back today. Is this what health care has come too.

This is literally the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. It is so clean and well-managed! Every time I go there I’m in and out quickly. The girl at the front desk was so comforting when I was worried about getting a Covid test (brielle or brianna) can’t remember exactly. Also, the woman who drew blood from me got it on the first attempt which NEVER happens for me.

Was at New City Urgent Care this morning and asked how long the wait was. I was told about a half hour. I said I was running out to do an errand. The woman at the Reception desk said that other patients would be seen. I knew I would be gone about 10-15 minutes so it would not be a problem. When I returned I was told that other patients had come in since I left and I was now at the end of that wait. All of the patients who were in the waiting room when I left were still there and had not been seen. I left. And left angry. I did not hold up anyone from receiving medical care. I anticipated that if anyone came in before I returned and the slot opened, they would be seen. Such was not the case. What could possibly be the point of sitting around in the waiting room??? I will not use this facility again until I am assured that this practice ceases. Karen Damiani

If you can get past the bad attitude of the front desk attendant Ms. Anna Philip, the rest of the staff is very nice.
