West Ventura Medical Clinic - Urgent Care

My mom was scheduled for a procedure, took a transit all the way to Ventura, prior to confirming a day before with 2 staff members, 1 being Ruby and arrived to be notified it's for another day. Very unprofessional. After notifying staff name, they lied and stated there is no employee with that name at this clinic. So, they scheduled a new appt and gave the card to my mom of this new appt for another client name and info. Very very unprofessional. After telling them of this error, they took old appt card away and gave the new one fixing there problem and covering up the mistake. No one was apologetic nor admitted fault and just simply said sorry. This is disgusting. No one has a clue here, lack of communication. Ruby is the horrible worker. She even went to extreme distance, when my mom was leaving called her; " bye Pendeja," which means stupid or idiot. I demand she get's fired.
