What patients are saying...

5.0

I had scheduled a 10 o'clock appointment at Urgent Care. When I got there I got a message saying you are checked in click here to see how many patients are before you. When I clicked it said I was the next person, and that they were too walk-ins also waiting. The walk-ins went in before me, I wasn't ushered into the room to see the technician until 1030, and the nurse practitioner didn't come in until about 10:45. I asked the person at the desk whether it really made a difference to make an appointment, and the person said that making an appointment doesn't have any advantages to it. I believe that person was correct, I could've just walked in and would have been seen at the same time that I was seen

Fell on slippery driveway and hurt my leg. The staff was friendly and said there would be a long wait. I guess a lot of people slipped and fell. The nurse was very nice and the doctor was great. I would recommend the provider.
