Long wait time to be called into a room. Long wait time for the doctor to see me. The doctor spent only two minutes tops with me. She seemed to be in a rush. Next time will go to urgent care outside of Westmed. I hope the doctor remembers to send my prescription to the pharmacy.

It was a few days that I was with neck and shoulder pain. Taking over the counter meds were not working so decided to walk into urgent care. Thank god I did!!  Nurse and Dr were great. They provided me with meds to help with the pain and to be able to get back to work.

4:00 PM Appointment. Seen at 5:00.  You put two 4:30 PM appointments in the queue ahead of me. Doesn’t make sense and it’s frustrating.  Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were amazing! Absolute gems!

Had a flare up of a gastrointestinal issue from years ago. Called Urgent Care folks, confirmed they could confirm and treat. They did it all:  blood and urine tests, CT scan, diagnosis, and prescription—including self-care instructions!  We’re house sitting for our daughter, hundreds of miles from our usual medical providers. So we’re very grateful indeed for their prompt care!!

The entire experience was excellent and the kind of service that I am accustomed to receiving from summit health! I was able to make an appointment and reschedule! A young man checked us in and the young lady also working were both kind, friendly and patient. Leslie the nurse had a great disposition and made my son feel very comfortable. She had a great disposition and knowledgeable. Carly Zingon NP was very thorough and really took the tilme to gather information and understand my sons symptoms. And because the radiology dept. was closed she sent up to New Rochelle and made sure they were expecting us! The staff there was excellent as well! Before we arrived home Carly called us snd took the time to provide the results, guidance, support and advice!

The doctor I had was a very rude arrogant person. I did not feel well for over a week. I said to the doctor if I’m cranky, I apologize but I haven’t slept and every time he went to ask me a question he didn’t like the way I answered it. He was getting annoyed with me. I don’t think I’m ever coming back to West Mac I’m trying to get my records and get out. I don’t need to be treated like that and neither does anybody that comes in there as a patient.
