NP James Cawley is a superb NP...pleasant to talk to, respectful , knowledgeable.

Check in was easy without an appointment.  Had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen which was about 25 minutes than was told though staff took there time with me and ordered me necessary medication as well as referrals which I’ll follow thru on. Nurse Practitioner Derek Ferrari introduced himself as well as the nurse Marianne.

I was in & out in am hour. Staff was courteous. Nurse & Dr were patient & kind to me.

I made a 10:30 appointment arrived on time , waited for an hour plus before waiting in the room for another 20 minutes. After going to X-ray , I waited for another 25 minutes before going back in to see the MD.  Post X-ray. It just seems to me that time can be managed a little better because when you’re not feeling well and in pain, it’s hard to just sit, listen to the desk staff laughing about their weekend without an explanation as to how appointments are moving along..

I woke up this morning with next stiffness and what appears to be a pinched nerve. I went to urgent care to make sure there’s nothing to worry about long-term since it was an accident that caused this.  With little wait time I visited with the doctor, went straight for an x-ray and then back to the doctors office to read the x-ray and find out that there’s no serious issues.  Was prescribed a muscle relaxer and was on my way in record time

This was a walking to urgent care. It wasn’t crowded so I was able to go in and out very quickly

Had a weird fall late the afternoon before and my ankle was all swollen next AM as well badly bruised knee. and ended up going  to go urgent care at Summit Care on Westchester Avenue in White Plains. Very good care. The only issue was confusion on the part of the person I initially spoke with at Summit. While they were very helpful, they should have immediately referred me to urgent care. Instead, they had me go to an orthopedist where it turned out Medicare only lets you see one a day and I had an injury on a knee as well as a more severe one on an ankle. I ended up working it out when I got there as there was an urgent care facility in the building, but I probably could’ve seen one much sooner if it had been scheduled when I made my original call. However, no issues whatsoever with any of the staff – got very good care once I was seen.

Muy mala experiencia empezando por la enfermera Sandra, todo lo hacia como amargada. Le pregunte algo y me sale con otra respuesta.. salí muy decepcionada ni siquiera la Dr. Me reviso y hacia preguntas absurdas.. salí peor de lo que llegue.. salí llorando de la frustacion.. lo siento
