I went there with concerns of neck head and back pain after a drunk nite out with gaps and got basically laughed out of there and implied of a drinking problem. I felt taken unserious and I understand I could be okay but the judgment and lack of care felt like I had wasted my time. I feel like better safe than sorry should be protocol and it just didn’t feel like a safe space

I hadn’t been feeling well for a few days. I was able to book an appointment for the same day I checked the online appointments.  The wait time was short. The  doctor was excellent and thorough. She called once I got home to give me test results and scheduled a follow up visit with my primary care doctor.

Normally, I am in and out of urgent care. This visit took sooo long. I felt like the wait time was getting longer as we sat. I noticed a few people ask for appointments for the next day, and leave. I know it’s summer and many providers maybe out, but the wait time was discouraging. I almost left. After X-rays, I waited again to the point where I asked to leave and the provider call me with the results.  The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had only one visit with an unfriendly nurse within the UC and I’ve been a WestMed patient for about 25 years!

Had ear pain, throat, pain, and nasal pain for the past three days went to urgent care. Very friendly staff nurse practitioner James Cawley , Excellent love him very patient very kind also funny!  Downside was the wait time. I’ve been here plenty of times and I never had to wait two hours to be called to see a doctor.

I scheduled for a 2:30 appointment. Waited 40 minutes to be seen by nurse. And another 1/2 hour to meet with the doctor. Why bother to schedule then?

I had an unexpected encounter with several bees while finishing yard work on Friday afternoon, which led me to book an appointment at Summit Health Urgent Care at Ridge Hill. Scheduling was quick and effortless — I was able to secure a visit right away. The appointment itself was excellent. The nurse who first treated me had a wonderful bedside manner and immediately recognized that I was in discomfort. The attending physician was equally attentive, thorough in her assessment, and thoughtful in her treatment. She also identified another condition that required care, which I truly appreciated. This is my second visit to this urgent care location this year, and both experiences have been consistently outstanding. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion is remarkably high. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
