Went here on 11/21 for an injured knee. Everyone was ok except Anita and I feel like she should not be working with the public and from what I can tell from other reviews a lot of other people feel the same way. When she was taking me for an xray she swung the door open so hard she almost hit my four month old niece that was in her stroller and kept slamming the door. When we got to the xray room she rolled the wheelchair up to the table and told me to lay on the table. I informed her if i stand on my bad knee it will pop and i will fall. she stood there and offered no help which i guess i shouldnt have expected help from someone who acts ill mannered. I hopped onto the bed and she told me to straighten my knee out which i could not do because it was swollen. after that she rolled me back to the room and brought a knee brace that I couldnt use because I guess this facility doesnt care if bigger people need medical help. she then turned to my sister and asked her if she knew how to wear a mask. my sister was across the room and not being seen and did in fact have a mask on. She then pointed at a sign in the room very rudely. I do not feel as I received adequate care from this facility and she is the rudest person I have ever seen working in healthcare. on the way out she rolled me to the car and literally rolled me into my sisters leg and she tried to put the baby into the car. Waste of money because I went to Christus TODAY and received great service and they actually helped me. All Wk Bossier did was give me an ace bandage knowing I could not even walk. At least at Christus I get friendly workers and CRUTCHES.
