I have never had a complaint with any provider I’ve seen until yesterday. I saw Judy and she was in and out so quick and even with my bad cough and how I was feeling she never once even listened to my lungs.

Everyone was very polite from the moment I walked in, until it was time to leave. Super fast wait time. Was in and out in less than 30 min!

Woke up not feeling the best was able to book an appointment online once I got there I was able to see the doctor within 30 minutes

Didn’t feel that the PA was very personable. My son has a serious rash from what we think is poison oak. It is spreading over his body. The PA only looked at his arm. Was happy that she did do a steroid shot and medicine for his heartburn.

Quite a long wait but still very good experience. Scheduling and rescheduling was easy. Staff was polite and efficient. Front desk greeted me and checked me in quickly. Dr pierce has great bedside manner and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and thoroughly walked me through my options. I left feeling well taken care of and satisfied. I definitely recommend this provider.

I scheduled an appt for the next day- the app said there was a time available at 8:00 am.  I showed up and there was a sign on the door that the office was closed for Christmas Eve.  I emailed the office and left my concerns.  30 minutes later Dr Holland calls me and says she sorry and how she could help me.  I gave her my symptoms over the phone, she called in a prescription for me.  I really appreciate the phone call.  Disappointed the app is not in sync with Dr office hours.

I made an appt but still had to wait 2 hours. I don't think they should offer appointments if you just have to wait in line with all the walk ins. Once I was seen, the NP was nice and very quick before being pulled by another PA for a favor. At least I got antibiotics and hopefully will be feeling better soon.

My daughter got on the computer and made an appointment right away. I saw the doctor at 9:00the next morning and everyone was awesome. Kaleb the doctor was very informative and helped me anyway he could. I left feeling better for coming in. Thank you guys

Scheduled online in the middle of night, easy online scheduling. Office staff seems like they hate everyone, themselves, the weather, their families, their jobs, smiling. Aide who took us to our room was nice. Wait time wasn’t bad, fast efficient. Physician took his time and answered all our concerns. Gave us treatment options. Overall good visit minus the grinches up front.

I scheduled my appointment for 10:15. Arrived at 9:50. I didn’t leave the office until 1:20. What’s the point of schedule an appointment if I had to eat over 2.5 hours to see a doctor? Extremely frustrated. The doctor was great and apologized for the wait but still… that wait time for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous.
