Woburn Urgent Care

Took excellent care of my daughter and her splinter!

I cannot say enough good things about the urgent care in Woburn. Every single person you come into contact with there are Rockstars. They are the creme de la creme of health care. They are a one stop shop. You can even get x rays done there. I believe from checking in to leaving it was a told of 20 minutes. They are punctual, the establishment is beyond clean, and everyone is kind. You can tell they actually enjoy what they are doing. This is the place to be if you are in need for urgent care.

Scheduling was super easy and convenient. They took me in on-time and there wasn't much of a weight. Staff was knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would book again!

Had booked the appointment online, filled out all the forms ahead of time, arrived 10 minutes early, only one person in the waiting room, but sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes past my scheduled time.   Front desk gentleman could be friendlier and speak in quieter tones to be more professional and more private. The PA was excellent, helpful, efficient and friendly.

Ok so did a pre checkin with insurance documents and payment information. At the clinics they could not find my information and redo everything. In terms of care they listened to what I said but big RED flag was I was informed the X Ray machines not working and to check back again next day . When I called they said they do not have any notes about Xray . Which means patient care info is being left out of system . If I have to schedule appt with primary how do I convince the next care provider what was told earlier ?

Been dealing with vertigo for several days . Easily scheduled an appointment and was immediately greeted when we walked thru the door . Was seen by Kristina who listened and did a thorough exam . She was able to help reduce several symptoms .  Will use Woburn Urgent Care again if needed .

Went in very nervous due to past experiences at other urgent care locations either it was horrible bedside manner, rude staff members, or bad care. This woburn urgent care location changed that they were so kind very welcoming very understanding very helpful and made me feel as comfortable as cane be!

Staff were nice, very clean and updated space. Wait time was horrible, if they give you a wait time add an additional 30 minutes to that.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly. Very welcoming and same from when I first walked in until I left the urgent care
