Staff always helpful. This time we had an appointment and were not sure where to go. We remained at the one entrance marked appts but could not progress beyond the walk/drive ins. The solz app did not progress our numbers nor tell us where it to whom we should check in. Could not get past the one lane driveway to enter and ask...no one from wren at gate. It wasnt until we were almost at the Van's that a young man realized we had an appt and we registered w a young women. Staff v. Helpful cheerful once we got to them. But would like To know how to progress the next time. Checking in by Solz was no help.. No one knew we were there already progressing through the long line. Also it us v Difficult to book on line. once u arrive at the website there is no tab to book in Meriden or Middletown.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, but wish testing site had longer hours and opened more than two days, I would highly recommend this site to family and friends,

You always amaze me, everybody is so friendly and working so hard. It was exceptionally cold today. I was shocked that there were so few people in line and everybody moved out quickly. Unfortunately my past experiences have not been so pleasant. Difficult to make appointments, five days to wait for test results to come back and therefore lost time at work, but it seems like maybe you've worked it out? My one negative comment is that it is impossible to find where to make appointments online. I feel like I was playing where's Waldo?Also two weeks ago, I arrive like I always do and like I have been doing since early October and was told that it was by appointment only. There was no notice. I was not notified. Had no idea what to do, no sign there, just police saying get out of line if you don't have an appointment.Overall, thank you for what you do.Also I would like to thank Jennifer in the main office who helped me three weeks ago find my lost test results, she went over and above what she had to do, meeting with Dr. Kidd personally to track down my results and email them to me so I could go to work the next week. Brilliant people in a very fallible system. Thank you.
