No use in making appointment when walk ins get in faster

They were very prepared and organized. The procedure went quickly and the staff was very professional. Experience was excellent. Now I just hope my test is negative!!

The wait was a little long, considering I had an appointment. I kind of was thinking there’d be an appt. line and a walk-in line. Now I know, so I’ll be prepared next time. Staff was great—personable, friendly, efficient!

There was no line and I was able to go straight in because everything was completed online. It seemed like everything worked perfectly.

I like how well organized it is i already knew what to expect as i had taken my father for a test though the initial intake person forgot to tell me how long to expect to check you results the next day but everything else was quick and in order fashion
