The staff was great but I have to say Heather is awesome.

My 5 year old daughter has been battling a cough for two weeks; got there when it opened with minor wait time. Seen by nurse then by PA. All staff listened to our concerns and gave options for treatments, diagnostics. Very pleased with care - RN Steph I believe was her name and PA Dena. Will use this site again! Thanks!

I did walk in and the waiting room was full. But was call within 20 minutes.

There was no wait. Check in was easy. A nurse took me right back to the room and within a few minutes Deena the Nurse Practioner came in and quickly diagnosed me with pneumonia. She asked if I had any questions before she left and ordered my prescriptions to my pharmacy. She was thorough, professional and compassionate. Highly recommended Deena and this walk in center.

Had to be seen for something medical and lab near me was closed. I go to this walk-in for issues between doctor visits.  Front staff are always very nice Medical staff are also nice and very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have to go there more often than I would like to, but not because of them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This was a walk in visit as my PCP had no openings, had a sinus cold that moved to my chest now both sinus and chest issues are hanging on a bit too long. I was lucky no others were looking to be seen at the same time.

I was a walk-in no appointment. Asked to fill out form on tablet and a paper sign in .  Took a seat and was called within minutes.  I felt I had a bladder infection. It was confirmed by laps test of my sample. I forgot my meds list and they had to check for it. Gave me a prescription to pickup. Then two days later called to change my meds due to something they found with further testing of my sample. Everyone from office staff, nurse to PA that treated me were very pleasant. Would definitely go there again.

I started feeling a sore throat yesterday late afternoon. I made an appointment at the Berwick location this morning. I was in and out within 30 min! All of the staff I spoke with was super attentive and nice! Big thanks to York Hospital in Berwick!
