The front desk and triage staff were absolutely wonderful- so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Scheduling was easy, and I was seen quickly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the provider was very disappointing. The provider spent very little time with me, was dismissive and impersonal, and seemed rushed throughout the interaction. What concerned me most was that the provider apparently had not reviewed my chart or the triage notes and was unaware that testing had already been performed before coming into the room. While I truly appreciated the efficiency and kindness of the front desk and triage teams, the actual medical care left a lot to be desired. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience was so positive
