Had conjunctivitis.  The symptoms were mild and clear. The telehealth option was perfect.  The PA  was excellent.  Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Very easy to make an appointment, and the video and audio quality were fine; however, it ended up being unhelpful because the provider told me that video visits are inappropriate for respiratory symptoms — even though York Hospital’s listing on Solv clearly states that video visits are appropriate for “…common illnesses such as colds, flu, allergies, and sinus infections…” (that is a direct copy and paste from the York Hospital listing in the Solv app). Obviously if I had known ahead of time that York Hospital doesn’t deal with those illnesses via video visit, I wouldn’t have bothered to make the appointment.

This was so easy to schedule and to meet with doctor! However the S Walgreens pharmacy has been close the last 2 days so I still haven’t been able to start my antibiotics and have a fever again. Hoping they will be open tomorrow!!

Easy to book an appointment, even on the same day. Check-in process was straight forward. The doctor had my prior visit records hand so we were able to discuss the issue quickly and efficiently. Excellent experience for my first medical televisit!
