points 22 minutes ago Sun Coast is the best place to go. Staff is professional and courteous. I see a lot of patients complaining about the wait time but you have to understand that since Covid hit they are understaffed and get no lunch breaks. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. The wait may be long but once you are called you get the best care possible. I highly recommend Sun Coast.

I have been to Suncoast Urgent Care many times they are my savior while I try to get proper Medical within this area Suncoast is always been there for urgent medical care for me I give them 5 stars and I highly recommend them

EVERYONE in the Spring Hill area knows that SUNCOAST is where you go when you need help! I was there March 19th 2019 and AGAIN surely saved . from sickness, to injury, to bacterial infection ALL suncoast has treated me for separate visits ---and is A + SUNCOAST thank you for being here for us ____Elizabeth O

IF I COULD GIVE THIS NO STARS I WOULD!!!! This place is horrible and I definitely do NOT recommend going there. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, however what it the point of having patients sign a form understanding the wait time when it's not factual. I signed a paper stating it would be a 30-60 minute wait time and I was there for 2.5 hours before even being seen. If I wasn't hurt at work and able to go to whatever doctor I choose I definitely would NOT have waited there that long. Absolutely ridiculous and I have never experienced anything like this before!!!

Awful, no social distancing in a clinic that does covid testing. 3 hour wait. Kept telling me I was next but I wasn't. Run away nothing urgent about this place!

Front desk staff was rude, wait time of 3 hours is unacceptable!! The clinic is used for all Hernando county workmans comp claims and 15 people ahead of me were not in pain!! Triage would have been an immense help!! Will never go back they suck!! the only nice person was the doctor.

There is nothing urgent about this place. The staff acts as if it’s a bother to check you in or even to answer any questions. They are rude and very unprofessional, completely unacceptable.

Suncoast urgent health care in Springhill on mariner and North Cliff is a joke the receptionists upfront are horrible they are the most uncompassionate people who stand around gossiping about their patients talking on their phones and are downright ignorant they don’t like their job or want anything to do with the public they shouldn’t be working there the doctors there are great if you can ever get into see them the staff are rude unprofessional and I will never go back to this establishment clearly whoever wrote the last two comments works for Suncoast healthcare because this place should be shut down i drove to the trinity location when the staff there is professional and clearly cares about their patients the Springhill office should take a look at How a professional doctors office should be run stay far away from the springhill office!

Went for covid testing on 06/29/20. Was told it would be at least a 2 hour wait. Was nearly 6 hours! The nurse that called me it was extremely rude, unprofessional and snapped at me when I asked her a simple question. Made me feel like a piece of crap. Only bright side was the doctor that performed the test, he was awesome. I will never return to this place after that horrible experience!
