We waited an hour past our appointment time to be seen. Since this is an urgent care I would’ve been understanding if it was busy, but it didn’t appear to be at the time. I had brought my child in to have her ear looked at as she was complaining of ear pain. The provider that saw her couldn’t see in her ear due to ear wax. Instead of making an attempt to move the wax to get any view to see if there was an actual infection she decided to just prescribe an antibiotic . She looked annoyed at the questions I asked and had a condescending tone with her replies. After seeing her for what might have been 5 minutes we were done and my child got down from the table ready to go as she was in pain and we had been there for quite a while. The provider proceeded to say “look she’s fine”. This upset my child as she thought the person who was supposed to be helping her thought she was lying. She was indeed not fine, had been in pain all day, and when we got home from that appointment was running 104.5 fever. I can’t speak for other providers there, but I can’t recommend the one who saw my child at this appointment ( Russell). The only good thing I have to say about my experience was the nurse/MA who got vitals was very nice and sweet to my child.

Walked in! Check in was easy. Staff was wonderful. Wait was timely for a walk in. And care was above and beyond!!

Always receive amazing service! If they offered primary care, we would ONLY use this office! Amazing beside manner and always eager to help and diagnose. Went to our pediatrician this morning due to a fever, and they diagnosed him with hand food mouth, although he had ZERO symptoms. They didn’t check him for anything else, just saw his healing mosquito bites and gave their diagnosis. I immediately made an appointment with PODS and was seen within 30 minutes. They tested him for flu and Covid. Turns out my boy has an ear infection. Definitely not hand foot mouth!! 1000000/10 recommend

The staff were amazing with my Autistic son. They met him where he was, offered a snack, had toys available, and educational children's shows on the TV. They were wonderful, clean, efficient, and kind.

We needed a physical asap so my daughter could perform at our school fair. They got her in right away & we’re so sweet!
