Really appreciate the kindness and compassion of the provider. Felt he listened and understood what I needed. Would highly recommend the provider and zoom care.

Was unable to do the visit due to technical difficulty. Each link sent to me to join was not able to be joined. Was able to get rescheduled but was disappointed I couldn’t get seen due to that issue I faced

Jorge lacks the empathy, professionalism and understanding that is required if you work in the medical field, especially mental health. The way he spoke to me was condescending and he refused to assist with paperwork because I’m not currently taking meds with ZoomCare.

Practitioner is amazing. Staff are always nice.  Zoomcare has changed, can tell new management and technological changes have affected how care providers provide medical care. You can tell they are trying but many barriers make their jobs harder. You can tell they understaff clinics and focus is on money.

While I was confused about the changes in Zoomcare’s systems and was having trouble booking an appointment the usual way, I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day. I saw a provider I hadn’t seen before, Melissa Rivera, who was amazing and the appointment went great.

Melissa was excellent from top to bottom and provided an excellent experience. Scheduling was a nightmare as the app was down, Zoomcare was transitioning to a new system and I had to call in to schedule my appointment.
