The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

The location was perfect, the facility was clean. All my questions were answered, and everyone was polite and helpful to would return and definitely recommend to my friends.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I had went to Citymed first and did not like the care I got. The doctor there was rude so when I came to Optum it was a pleasure. The doctor was very nice and explained everything. I would definitely come back if I need care.

From start to finish the experience went smoothly.  Staff was amazing.

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

I have gone to Optum several times, and every visit has been easy and everyone is always friendly and professional. I feel that they listen and have always given me a good diagnosis that resolves the problem.

All staff were efficient, effective, and friendly/ professional.

Went to bed with a slight toothache and woke up with a swollen face. Was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing in the morning. When I got there the staff was very nice, I was seen within 20 min. The Dr. was very nice, I was done within a half hour. My script was sent over to my pharmacy. I would definitely go again and recommend. Nice experience.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Nurse was truly amazing listened carefully to all my concerns.

Friendly staff. Very helpful with management of acute flare for a chronic illness. Thanks for getting me in so quickly
