I highly recommend Total Access. The staff and medical professionals are great. I got in quickly and Sam Nix gave me a thorough checkup, looked at all my past history, made appropriate recommendations and didn’t push anything on me. He is the best!

Always great experience never had any complaints. Steve is friendly. Building is always clean. Co-pay is great out-of-pocket pay is great. They’ve always been good to me and my family medication’s are always on time. No issues whatsoever Sam Nix is an amazing doctor. Robin is an amazing doctor all the nurses and staff working the front windows are amazing and great always recommend.

Had a severe headache from allergies. Dr Nix told what I can take plus gave 2 shots. He always has a smile and and explains everything to where I understand. Highly recommend Dr Nix!!!

Dr Nix is wonderful and attentive, as are the other staff. I was disappointed that I had to wait an hour to be seen. I feel when I arrive on time my appointment should be honored and be seen within a reasonable amount of time. Waiting an hour is not reasonable in my opinion.

Staff is always friendly and doctors take the time to listen to you and truly care for your health. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love Dr. Hawthorne!! She’s so understanding and actually listens to my concerns. She has a great bedside manner. She doesn’t seem judgmental at all and always makes me feel comfortable.
