I came here as a veteran on a Sunday to receive care and was denied because the receptionist and her supervisor couldn't figure out how access my benefits info. They told me that I had to contact the VA on a Sunday! I went to CareSpot because they are affiliated with the VA and the closest VA is closed on Sunday. What an incredible waste of time.
