Really disappointed that the staff member (I'm told his name is Hassan) who checked me in has consistently been unmasked when I walk into the testing site. This is a medical facility where high risk individuals *need* to unmask in order to be tested. Their blatant disregard for safety protocol is not only unsafe, but disrespectful and unkind.
