When I got my Covid test 2 weeks ago, my experience of the staff was pleasant. They were all very nice and polite! However.... If you get a Covid test from here, please note that your address on file with them MUST match the address you’ll later list on the Labcorp website. (Labcorp is the company that will deliver your results via email (and/or their own website via the private account you set up.) The Labcorp site mandates that you must list a street address. (It also has a line for you to add a PO Box if applicable, but your account will be rejected if you do not list a street address.) When I had my test at Convenient MD, I did not know any of this information, but did think to ask if it was ok if I gave them (them= Conv MD), my NH PO Box because I’m in the healthcare industry and am currently working over 100 hrs/week in NH, and can’t go home to VT right now. (I thought they worked be sending me results via mail, and my coworkers and I have to send copies of results to my employer when e we are tested.) Conv MD said that would be fine. Unfortunately, my test results have not come back after 13 days of waiting. On day 10, I sent a written inquiry to Labcorp, (which, is the only way you can reach them), and 2 days later, I received a message stating that the holdup was due to my address they had on file NOT matching the address Conv MD had on file for me. Sigh. (First time I was made aware of that requirement .) In order to remedy the problem, I called Conv MD 3 times to ask them to please change my stress that’s on file with them. Each time I got a recording and left a message.) No call back in response to the first call. No call back in response to the second call. Then, on my third attempt today, their vm said that their mailbox was full and could not accept messages this time.) Sigh, again. It’s important that I don’t go needlessly go inside that establishment and subject myself to potentially sick people. (As is the case for anyone who doesn’t absolutely need to be in there.) I have the patience of a Saint, and I’m sure they’re understaffed and overworked, but their system needs some tweaking ASAP! I hope they get these issues resolved soon, because I’m sure this is not the fault of the employees working there, but they’reprobsbly taking the brunt of disgruntled patients. This is an upper management issue that could use some serious improvements. My intentions not to rant, but rather, to offer helpful feedback for anyone that plans on getting a Covid test there. Again, when I actually got my Covid test 2 weeks ago, my experience was pleasant. The staff were all very nice and polite! Be safe everyone!

Try to get hold of a live person to ask a single question and by the time you're done you're going to need counseling from being so aggravated. Their phone system sucks. If you're in an emergency go somewhere else because you can't get a hold of anybody here.
