Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Easy checkin for being a first time patient. Dr Dedon was very helpful with my diagnosis and test results came back in 2 days. Went to the pharmacy next day. So Much easier and less expensive than Urgent Care or the ER.

Had to use this facility to get any X-ray & have it sent to the medical team @ Brigham & Woman’s hospital. I had some issues transferring the order for the X-ray to Convenient MD however I believe her name was Alisha,, took the time and offered several different options and kept at it with me until we were able to accomplish transferring the order. The staff all around was very accommodating , caring and professional.

I had an appointment recently and the nurse/ doctors I saw were great. However, I know for a fact I have my insurance on file (I can literally see it) and yet somehow someoneeee switched it to self pay. I have everything preset as how payment will be taken. Very inconvenient, and I will not be returning. :)
