I had an appointment for 1:30 , there was 0 people ahead of me according to the waitlist, I waited about a hour I went to the receptionist and they were in the back taking selfie’s I asked when would I be seen she said any minute because you’re next . Then MA must of been new it was a bad experience

Came for rapid Covid test. From start to finish I was there (including wait in car as it was raining) 5.5 hours. People waiting were on top of each other. No involvement of staff when we were in line to have us prepared paperwork or to remind people to keep 6’ distance. The preload of app did not work for many. Once in building led staff behind desk was short and rude shouting instructions to people. As many had issues with the electronic sign in, people behind were getting ahead of those that were having issues with no assistance from staff. Very chaotic and no empathy. Person who took test was fine. Told I had to wait to see dr after test. Went in exam room. Dr came to door entry did not step into room and asked me 4 questions told me I could go and left. My temp was never taken by anyone. Felt it was just a money making endeavor see the set so you can be charged but no value whatsoever of the dr “visit”. When I returned from my trip I went to the location in new Milford. The experience there wAs much better than Waterbury. Would not recommend.

We got rapid tests twice right around Thanksgiving, very quick and efficient.

This place is horrible i came here 4 time to a get a physical bc I lost my job and looking for employment they canceled my visit basically because I wasn't doing a cov19 test they didn't care for me they didn't try to accommodate me in no way I basically was refused service. I had book an appointment the following week with cvs and I ended nothing getting the job bc the job was a first come first serve basis 🙃 🤦🏾‍♀️ so disappointed

Had the worst experience there last week! I Went in to do a Covid antibody blood test and the girl at the front desk brings me into a room and say she doesn’t see any vanes, I tell her that I just did blood work a few weeks ago and have done blood test at quest several times over the past 6 months and her response was well there professionals. I honestly could not believe someone that works at a urgent care center would say that about something as simple as drawing blood. She calls in another girl and she attempts a couple times to draw blood and also couldn’t do it. I said ok I’m done here I’ll just go to a quest lab (the professional one as she said). The second girl said sorry and I left. Then about 5 mins after I left the first girl that also was working the counter calls me and tells me to come back so she can give me a note to go to quest lab and when I said no that’s ok I’ll get a slip from my doctor she just hung up on me! So all in all nothing about this place left me with any desire to ever go back and there definitely not Professional.

Made a confirmed appointment for the Frost Road office and when arrived, it was closed at 10:30 AM. Drove to the Chase Avenue office and they could not honor the appointment since they were booked. They did not try to help or ask if there were any medical concerns.

Very organized process appointment making and checking in! I was in and out in just a few minutes!

The process was so quick and no wait time because they schedule the test. Everyone inside was so friendly and courteous!! I recommended it to many since I’ve been there..
