Please know that appointments times are not always exact. We will do our best to get you seen and treated as quickly as possible!

Please make sure you finish all of your paperwork before arrival to be seen faster and bring your drivers license and insurance card.

Copays, deductibles, and self pay visits costs are collected prior to being seen and are required for every visit. Any extra costs, if applicable, will be discussed with you prior to treatment.

We also have pharmacy services that are available for your convenience. You can take the meds with you or they can even be delivered.

Experience.. this facility lies about technicians. Then wanted to prescribe meds that aren’t necessary and MRI that aren’t online with insurance protocol. Came in for a tour issue which requires X-ray they wanted to splint it what why?? It’s not broken or fractured I said that. Took my copay wouldn’t refund it. As no services were rendered. Had me wait almost an hour for a manager to call me. This is ridiculous I’m filing a complaint with the health association
