Operationally everything flowed seamlessly until our prescription. That needed to be updated by the doctor so it took us two visits to CVS to get the correct one. We were able to handle the ear infection seamlessly after that.

The scheduling was very easy online.  The appointment was on time. The doctor was thorough and compassionate.  Great visit.

Dr was super friendly and very easy to talk to! Also had a very positive outlook on everything! We enjoyed her a lot! Front desk staff could be friendlier or more helpful! Unfortunately that was the first person we interacted with. Highly recommend the MA and doctor!

Doctor was very sweet and nice but other staff weren’t friendly at all. Front desk looked like she wasn’t happy to see anybody.  The demeanor was not welcoming. And nurse/nurse aid was rude. It doesn’t feel good to come in as worried parents and trust that the care of your baby is with unhappy and unfriendly staff.
