Last week I had an unfortunate experience. However, Healthy Therapeutics reached out to make sure my concerns were addressed and resolved. On my follow up attempt to get a Covid test today, everything went smoothly and staff was friendly and quick!

When i arrived there was one car ahead of me. After 20 mins the car pulled away. I waited another 10 minutes before getting out of my car and walking to the front of the building only to see it was dark and said ‘closed.’ This is the second time i have had a problem at this location and will certainly let the community know and not schedule here again.

Very convenient and easy. A little bit of an issue outside with internet reception with the nurse practitioner. Other than that, a great experience.

Had a 3:30 PCR test appointment on a Thursday. Received a text to show up at 3:00 for same day results. You close at 4 and was told that it takes 90 minutes for results and I would have them the next day. I am traveling and had to adjust my flight. Is 9:30 AM on Friday and still waiting for prof for results. Terrible service and procedures and would not recommend.
