The staff there is really top notch. Everyone is so caring and thoughtful. The provider is great with kids and is very thorough and helpful.

Told us couldn’t get a good look at one ear so still not sure if that one is infected. Said it would recover with ibuprofen but have never used that to treat an ear infection before. However, Provider was very good with our baby.  When we arrived there was no one at reception for 10+ minutes.

We were the only people there, yet waited 20 minutes before even being called back. Our whole visit took almost an hour and half for just a strep test, again only people there. No provider on site, telehealth didn’t even work so got a 1 minute phone call on speaker phone from the physician. The PA student was wonderful, great demeanor, but I felt bad for her; she seemed to be doing the best with what she had. Bathrooms were very dirty with trash overflowing, a clogged toilet with orange rings looking as though it had been that way for a while and stool splattered on the other toilet. Front desk staff marginally conversive. As a medical provider myself I was very disappointed in the entirety of the experience and will not be returning.

My child had stomach pain and a slight fever, so I wanted to rule out appendicitis. We waited for about 45 minutes to see someone. After the doctor checked her, he proceeded to lecture her about healthy eating habits. She’s 8. While I understood why he did that, I did state that she has had food therapy since she was two years old and has been tested for Sensory Processing Disorder. After politely stating that no amount of telling her to eat is going to solve anything, I felt like he was offended. Basically, I was charged $150 for no real answer to her abdominal pain.

The dr was patient and kind. He found my son’s pneumonia which another immediate care missed 2 days prior.

My son was really sick and the doctor was amazing very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place.

My child was sick and I could make an appointment for the same day and with a short wait time. It was a good experience for my child because he’s scared of doctors and in this urgent care the stuff and doctor were so polite with us and especially to my child. And my baby was comforted with lollipop and a toy for a visit which made him happy and now he trusts them.

Highly recommended this place. I had emergency with my daughter. We just walked in. They took us immediately. Did all tests and procedures. Doctor was very friendly and nice to is. Staff as well. Very clean place.

The staff and care was excellent! They went out of their way to explain to us the treatment that was required for our daughter. Explained it very professionally and precisely. We had an extremely great experienced.

The nurse and doctor was amazing. Even offered my son a popsicle on the way out! I would go there again.
