They told ne I couldn't be seen unless I paid half of a back bill that billing informed me I DID NOT OWE! I bit the bullet and paid it anyway on the phone and the receptionist told me it was accepted. When I arrived to be seen, a swarm of medical NON professionals advised me that upon further research, they found that I had a 365.00 bill in collection and when I tried to explain that I didn't owe them anything, they said I was harassing me and that they had called the police. I called the police to see if that were true and police told me it wasn't. It was a weekend so I couldn't call billing, but I did call another med express who looked and confirmed I had NO collection account. ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!! AVOID!! READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS. THAT'S WHY THE REVIEWS ARE THERE!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Waiting on my car was the worst part, but I understand why this is necessary.

This med express refused to look at two family members (one a 4 year old) and claimed its because if they needed lab work they couldn't do it and then said they are at their capacity. But the person at the desk said they are only taking people like heart attacks, which makes no sense because those patients would require more lab work. Worst medical facility ever and clueless staff

They are good at simple things like cleaning ears and drug tests. If you go there for anything else you are dealing what seems like half ass doctors that barely made it thru med school. Only reason they passed was they needed to make a quota and then sent them to Med Express. Most doctors aren't friendly.
