I tried to schedule online because it stated there was an appointment available. But by the time I completed all the paperwork the appointment was gone but nobody even took it. The staff were alright. The CMA was an absolute sweetheart but the CNP that saw me didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing. Everything was jumbled and it honestly felt like he was just guessing. There was a CNP sitting out at the desk and he went out to discuss my plan of care with her and she was really snappy. Wasn’t a pleasant experience whatsoever.

I absolutely love this urgent care location.  Everyone is so kind and helpful.  The wait time is much shorter than you would expect with an urgent care (which is so appreciated).  Even with the short wait time, I feel like still got the attention and care I needed. Best urgent care location!
