Walked in the door, no appointment, to get an EKG.  Not very busy, so it was a short wait time.  The staff were friendly and very professional.  I would definitely go back.

So I got a dog bite and needed to be seen. I know I needed it looked at an anabiotic. It was easy to get online and schedule and they were ready for me as soon as I got there, they accepted my insurance, and the staff was excellent with my care and very good to make sure I got everything I needed information and a tetanus shot

This was my first ever visit to any urgent care and I am beyond words! I can't believe I have wasted so many hours in multiple emergency departments. Plus all of the wasted days that I could have been seen. I would highly recommend this particular location to anyone. I was treated like they knew me my entire life. I waited longer at the pharmacy for the prescription than the entire visit start to finish. All of the employees who were working today was fantastic! The doctor was kind, thorough, and had great advice. He took the time to make sure I understood the medicine and directions. I would recommend this particular location to anyone who is tired of being overlooked and waiting hours on end.

Scheduling and check-in was good. Office was clean. Unhappy with service provided. Came in for an ankle injury, and the provider literally didn't even look at the ankle. Didn't feel it, didn't check for swelling, didn't touch it. Provider prescribed an Ace wrap, a pain cream, and referred us for X-rays. They have X-ray equipment on site, but they have a traveling tech, so you can only get X-rays if the tech is there, and they weren't. We received a referral to get X-rays elsewhere. We ended up paying a unnecessary copay here, and if provider would have looked at the injury, we likely wouldn't have needed x rays, which were an even larger unnecessary expense.

Hadn’t been there for a long time so I had to fill out paperwork via phone.  I lost it, not technically smart.  They were very kind and patient.   The Dr. was caring and explained my situation

Came in for sinus drainage and mild sore throat. I was able to be seen right away and prescribed meds. The staff was attentive and helpful. The only part of the process I wasnt satisfied with was having to do online/kiosk registration.

The staff and doctor were both great! I appreciate the kindness extended to me.
