Doctor was very nice and genuine. Showed compassion and very understanding. Professional.

This why I do not like you to have our phone number and mail.  You bother too much. Stop being a pest

Was able to make an appointment online, which was very convenient. I was also able to fill out all the paperwork prior to arrival. The nurse practitioner was very nice and helpful.

Went to urgent care for a deep cut in my finger. I didn’t have to wait and Cynthia the PA spent ample time with me and was very thorough. She had an amazing bed side manner. She called in Dr. Phillip Lam who was also amazing. They both spent about 45 minutes examining my finger. Couldn’t do stitches only because I waited over 12 hours to go. They did the very best they could do for me. I would highly recommend Mercy urgent care.

I had to be seen today to stop the possibility of a condition getting worse the NP was able to recognize what was going on get the proper samples

Follow up for a severe, lingering cold and Sinusitis. The first antibiotics didn’t completely knock it out. Dr. ordered  me another prescription. Everyone was pleasant, professional and timely. Very satisfied.

Walked right in. Only had to wait about 15 minutes. Nurses and provider were both professional and polite.

I was a walk-in to check out my spine after a hard fall. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The electronic check-in was a duplication of everything already available - I have been in the Mercy system for years. Other than that, wait time was reasonable, in both the waiting room and the exam room. X-Ray tech was professional and doctor was thorough and clear about next steps. I would recommend this clinic for urgent care

I woke up this morning to my right eye swollen shut and the left eye puffy, called to see my Family doctor but they were full and I wasn’t able to get in. I went to Mercy Health Urgent care, I was greeted with kindness and understanding from the staff, the lady at the desk was very kind. I was seen right away. Dr.Ross was thorough and was very understanding and explained things very well, I liked him he was very easy to talk to. I would would most definitely recommend him and this Urgent Care facility!

Scheduled an appointment online. I was seen immediately upon arrival. The staff and Dr Salam were kind and caring. The appointment was efficient and I was back home in my bed to recover in no time!
