Mercy can afford to pay medical assistants to help with the check in process. For a company that started off as a bunch of nuns they quickly replaced people with technological advances to avoid paying actual people. The front desk employee acted like she hated her job and everyone there. The NP was great and so was the clinical medical assistant. But I'll avoid this urgent care are moving forward. You can get a more friendly health care experience at a little clinic.

Worst experience I’ve ever had coming to Urgent Care! The wait was horribly long and I was seen last even though I had arrived before the other patients. I love Urgent Care and I always get right in and right out quickly and that’s why I choose to go there due to my severe anxiety but my appointment today has definitely caused me to not have the confidence to come back out of fear my next appointment would take as long as today’s did. I felt like my illness was not important what so ever

I went into this urgent care after having my ears looked at for hearing aids and was told I couldn’t be tested until I had them flushed out as they were full of wax.  I’ve had my ears irrigated multiple times a year for many years at various places.  At this location, they did not put drops in ahead of flushing them.  The amount of time flushing them was quick. The next day after the procedure, I went back to the hearing aid place and was told again that they could not test me because my ears still had wax in them.
