I was told that my service would be free of charge as I do not have insurance. However, when I arrived I was charged $260! This was under duress as I had to travel the same day. Solv did not notify me of this policy change, nor honor the previous commitment.

Horrible experience with getting my results. Still can’t open up my PCR results due to it being password protect and no one giving me A password or telling me how to get the password. For the rapid results I had to go back to the center to get the results.

Went to a drive up facility for covid testing. Staff member walked to the car, handed me paperwork to fill out. He swabbed my family member without wearing gloves. He told me when I'm done filling out the paperwork, to get out of the car and put the paperwork on a table in the parking lot by the door. He then walked away and got in his car. I knocked on the door and handed the paperwork to the person inside because I was not comfortable leaving our personal information unattended outside on a table in a parking lot. I have not received the results and it's been 10 days since the test. This is a very different experience than the last time I used this facility. I will not return in the future.

Solv app still indicates PCR available. Upon arrival, only rapids. Would not have booked if we had known no PCRs. Quick and courteous in and out otherwise.

This could not have gone any smoother or faster. And a very friendly tech person to boot!
