Pretty easy to book and see what insurances are accepted. Friendly staff, very attentive.

Easy scheduling and online check in, convenient location, and clean office. Kids loved the complementary snack station. Loved the doc I saw, was able to get my antibiotics within an hour or so. Highly recommend!

Scheduling online was easy, the staff was efficient and super friendly, Tracy was thorough and helpful, she took the time to talk to me and help me understand everything. I’ll definitely use This clinic again.

The clinic was super clean, and everyone on the staff was so kind and welcoming. They answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and were so quick and efficient! The provider and their assistant were especially sweet. I had a little meltdown during my appointment 🥹, and they were so patient, reassuring, and comforting.

Very friendly staff. Clean environment.  I was able to talk very frankly with Dr. about personal questions I had. She was able to answer my concerns and then some. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to talk with and obtain the information I needed, plus advise I didn’t know I needed.  It was enlightening.

Best urgent care in the area! There was a 30 minute wait at the location I was heading to and the staff suggested I head to the one 15 minutes away as there wasn’t any line. I will be only using MultiCare urgent care facilities from now on! Hopefully they bring clinics to the Tri Cities!

First time going and wasn't sure what to expected. Everyone was really friendly and kind. Dr Candace was especially amazing, she genuinely cares. Recommend I use the 24 hr pharmacy because she wanted to make sure I got my meds immediately and even told me my chronic problems meant I should see an ENT, something that's never come up the years I've had sinus and ear problems. It is a little out of my way but it will be worth going back here the next time I need help.

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received from the front desk staff. From the moment I walked in, the medical assistant/receptionist was kind and welcoming. She let me know right away how long my wait would be and kept me updated throughout, which made the wait feel more comfortable.  Another thoughtful touch was when she showed me the complimentary snacks and drinks and provided crayons to my grandchild. It is clear the front desk team goes above and beyond to provide great customer service.  The back office medical assistant and providers were very welcoming and kind.
