Excellent service, excellent caring staff. This was a great experience. Haven’t been at this facility since 2020 and was very pleased today.

All the medical staff were awesome. Id go back again if necessary.

Came to the office very sick with Flu A, and unbeknownst at the time, the Noro- virus.  I was processed pretty quickly, especially considering I forgot my wallet to verify my insurance.  The staff was very kind and gentle, and could see I was struggling and in discomfort. It was as a quick process, and the doctor had meds chosen and administered, and the requests sent to my drug store, in short order.  The clean, well-appointed facility is efficient and comfortable, the staff is exceptional, kind and friendly, and the billing is well managed.  The best urgent care in the city!!

Office area was dark and uninviting.  The young lady at the counter was not friendly and acted like she wanted to be anywhere else. Wait time was ok, I got there before 10.  The nurse that took me back was great. The NP that saw me was super!

I was unable to make an appointment with my primary doctor but able to get in and out in about an hour this afternoon at Next Care. The was professional and friendly.

Woke up this morning almost certain I had the stomach bug. I most certainly did, the staff was very kind and attentive. Ensured an apology for the wait due to high patient volume. It was very understanding though. I really enjoyed the doctor that helped me as well as the nurse and receptionist. Thank you! I would recommend this provider to anyone who has insurance :)

I was having chest pain and coughing. I was directly exposed to Covid and just wanted to get checked out. Covid test came out negative, but Dr didn’t even listen to my lungs or heart rate or anything. Just told me to drink water. Today, I woke up feeling worse. I went to a different clinic and tested positive where they thoroughly listened to my symptoms and addressed all of my concerns. I will NEVER return to next care. Even the front desk lady was unfriendly.

Was able to get in on time with my scheduled appointment. Friendly staff all around. Took the same or less than it would at a regular doctors office.
