PhysicianOne offers telehealth, or virtual visits, to patients across Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York. Virtual Visits are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The Virtual Visit clinic assists patients with non-emergent healthcare conditions where an in-person visit may not be available or necessary for accurate diagnosis. To make things even easier, PhysicianOne Urgent Care, Virtual Visits Connecticut offers you the ability to book online in advance through Solv so you can plan exactly when your virtual visit will take place. If an in-center visit is needed for testing or in-person care the PhysicianOne Virtual Visit team helps patients schedule a visit to the center, all billed under the same visit.
