The wait was incredibly long despite having scheduled ahead of time.  Once I saw the doctor, he was rushing me so much he didn’t even do a full check.  I wanted someone to check to make sure my lungs were clear, which he did listen to my lungs, but did no other check of my throat, nose, ears, anything.  How can I even trust his assessment?  Ridiculous.  I won’t be coming back to this office if this is the quality of care

From the reception, nurses, and doctor I saw they were the nicest most caring people I have dealt with going to an urgent care ever.

Itching and dry skin both ears.  Examined by doctor who found irritation both sides, left side worse than right.  Dr got a message on pager, left room abruptly saying he would call in prescription to pharmacy.  Provided pharmacy with information to administer ear drops to one ear only but not the ear that was worse.  Called office for clarification. They said they would call back.  Waited 6+ hours and i had to call them.  Receptionist said info provided to pharmacy was a mistake and to just put drops in left ear.  Glad my health issue was not life threatening or there could have been serious consequences.  Would not recommend provider.

Had to wait a bit past my appointment time but considering I booked it only one hour before, not bad. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The doctor was thorough and took time to explain things to me. This facility is a great medical resource for our community!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and I was able to get a same-day appointment. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable discussing a sensitive concern. The provider listened carefully, explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly, and I never felt rushed or embarrassed. I was seen promptly and left with the medication I needed. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Woke up yesterday with pain in my stomach no need to schedule I walked in got checked in and within less than 15 minutes, I was seen by doctors who are very kind and went above and beyond with their care.
