Entered, filled out some simple paperwork, urinated into a cup, and was out of there in a jiffy. Easy as Sunday morning. I would totally recommend getting drug tested at this establishment.

I received extraordinary good service. Dr. Matthew Rosenblum was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and made me comfortable.

I gave five stars for bedside manner and friendliness because Matt, the PA, was great, and the medical assistant was also very nice. However, the African-American woman (Her name tag was covered) at the front desk was not pleasant at all. I spoke to her on the phone before heading to the office, and I asked her how I could schedule an appointment. She told me just to come in.  I asked her again if there was a way to actually schedule the appointment, and she ignored my question and again repeated to just come in.  Then when I got to the office later, she asked me if I had an appointment.  I told her no, because I was told not to make an appointment and to just come in.  It would’ve been nice to schedule the appointment, so there wouldn’t have been as much of a wait time, but she didn’t give me the option.  Then the entire short interaction with her at the front desk was uncomfortable. She spoke in a very low voice, which I could barely hear (and I have very good hearing), and I had to politely tell her multiple times that I could not hear her. She wasn’t friendly, or personable, seemed low energy, and seemed borderline annoyed with my presence.  I gave 5 stars, because, I didn’t want to rate the whole office negatively, when it was just one person.  I want to compliment, Matt, because he was very personable and friendly, and he took the time to explain himself and answer questions.  He also seemed very knowledgeable.  I gave two stars for wait time, because the weight took way longer than I think was necessary for a simple throat swab. And the office did not look particularly busy when I arrived.  I am happy with how clean the office looks.  My only criticism of the waiting room is that they should have some wider seating available or some chairs or benches without armrests for comfort. Overall, I would recommend this provider.

I don’t even remember the doctors name but she couldn’t have been less thorough. i left extremely disappointed.
