Came in for a broken thumb and Betty, Katrina, and Jason were awesome. Friendly and upbeat. Great people.

Scheduling my appointment online was very easy and checking in was a breeze. Betty, the receptionist was very kind and quick to get me settled. The medical assistant, Mary Kay, brought me back to an exam room within minutes of arriving and had great bedside manner. Jamie, the doctor, covered all my concerns, was super pleasant to talk to, and even called me once I left to double check that an allergy I have wouldn't cause any issues with the antibiotic I was prescribed. She also took into consideration that I'm breastfeeding and really cared about what was going to work best for me and my baby. I've come to this urgent care before and I've always had an excellent experience. I would suggest them to anyone needing quick, compassionate care!

I came in with abdominal pain in the lower left. Cinnamon was very through in her exam.  She thought I might have a kidney infection or a kidney stone.  When the test for a kidney infection was negative she explained that I might have a kidney stone. And that they didn’t have the imaging needed to check for a kidney stone.  Cinnamon wrote a note to the U of M hospital with the details of my visit. The note was helpful at the hospital. I recommend Cinnamon to everyone.

I got an excellent practitioner! I wish more doctors were as thorough and knowledgeable as he seemed to be. Especially about natural health and healing as well as supplements for healing as well. Really helped me tremendously. Both to understand what I’m dealing with and/going through.  As well as feeling better as I go through it. 👍🏾👍🏾

Incredible team, very attentive to our needs. Immediately realized the seriousness and called 911 to arrange transport to nearest hospital. We've had nothing but great care at the facility each time we've been.

I needed an X-ray. Other urgent care facilities needed an order from a provider in order to do an X-ray. Springfield did the X-ray without an order and took five X-rays on the basis of my concern. I was able to request an appointment online for the same day. When I arrived there wasn’t a wait to be seen. The PA at Springfield was able to read my X-rays, write a prescription for pain medication and give me a note for work based on my restrictions that she observed . The entire staff was friendly and helpful and the PA,  Roberta was patient and thorough with my care. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility.

Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. Check-in was a little confusing tbh, maybe a barcode to scan if you set up an appointment on line would prevent someone from doing all the paperwork twice (once when you make the online appointment, then again when you enter the office). This was really my only issue. Other than that the team there was fantastic.
