This is the Best Urgent Care facility in the SFV. Professional, Caring and Polite and care never feels rushed. I would definitely recommend this facility. Check-in process and wait time was very reasonable.

Very long wait even when brought to room. Did not introduce or ask for consent about presence of shadower (fine with it but good to always ask or at least introduce - nor did anyone aside from nurse practitioner introduce their position at the clinic). Appreciated pain medication injection although didn’t seem to help with pain. Hopefully it will though it is already past 30 minutes. Referred to X-ray that is “open until 10PM”. The clinic refused to see me saying they were fully booked (only to admit to another patient they won’t accept new patients past 4:30PM and that the techs are were packed and ready to go home - we came in 4:10 PM). Still doesn’t make sense if they are open until 10PM. Also quite rude and without compassion. Made the visit somewhat useless since the urgency was due to needing the exam today and radiology clinic couldn’t refer us to another site still open either. Most of my complaint is towards the radiology clinic site and staff but it kinda leeched into my experience here since we were sent there by you all. Hope you all have a good day.
