Thank you for choosing Veritas Urgent Care for your medical needs. We are conveniently located on S. Assembly just before Rosewood Ave. We are open daily Monday through Saturday from 8am - 5pm. Imaging is provided by our in-house neighbors Clermont Radiology.

Parking is located on the front and sides of our facility. Upon entering our atrium, Veritas is located on the door to your left.

We accept most insurance group to include: Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, BCBS, United Health Care, Aetna, Tricare, and Triwest. Some self funded plans or market place insurance may not be in network at our facility like Multi-Plan.
