My son is having an eczema flare-up, and Julie was wonderful with him. It's hard to find a provider who knows how to work with a child with autism, but everyone at Access Medical has been so kind and patient with him. We truly appreciate the compassionate care they provide.

In addition to waking up with a sore throat, I had already Been blowing yellow out my nose and had swelling in my face starting Sunday. Like any other time in my 61 years on earth, a real doctor would have given me antibiotics to fight the certain sinus infection and not send me home to get worse after taking my money… the staff was nice and friendly, the nurse had no desire to help me , only to check some unnecessary box. 🥵

I had a follow-up visit with Shelby today.  Check-in was very fast and got right in to see her.  The lady checking us in ( my daughter went also) was very friendly and when checking up she scheduled my appt. for my wellness visit.   Shelby is always very friendly and caring.  She listens to you and is very through.   Great clinic and staff  I recommend them to my friends.

They were able to get us in immediately and as always they were amazing.

The check in was awesome as well as the care but my provider failed to send my prescription to my pharmacy to be picked up. So now I have to wait till Monday to do so

Shelby is so great with follow up on your treatment and listens to you carefully and does what she can to help you. And will send you to specialist if you need it.

After a week of trying to overcome a possible painful condition, I called this clinic. They did a test, called in a scrip and now I am healing at home.  Only a block away. Convenient.

I absolutely adore Shelby and the staff at Access-Flippin.

Shelby is great listen to you . Staff is great. Scheduling is kind of hard. Rather speak to person to Schedule.

Had an appointment this morning. The receptionist/ nurse was very nice. However the nurse who took my blood pressure and weight was not. She greeted me with just a flat hi. She never smiled once. This has happened several times. Just a smile, that's all I needed.
