I walked in and was treated with so much care. I thought my issues were going to be ignored, as previously I haven’t had the best experience when I’m visiting urgent care. I’m very happy with how I was treated and felt very taken care of. I would 100% recommend this urgent care.

I have a fractured foot, and the sole developed a fist-size blister, probably as a result of the fracture. I saw people at Urgent Care, but I am not sure they knew how to handle that. They told me to stay off the foot as much as possible, and gave me crutches to make that easier. As a result, though, I think I walk in a less-than-natural way in my orthopedic boot, and the fractures, which had clearly been healing, are hurting again. Not sure this was managed correctly, and I am now trying to get an appointment with my PCP for this. (Couldn't do that when I when to Urgent Care, it was the weekend.)

We had a terrible experience. The process should have taken less than 30min and instead we waited more than 2 hours to get the immigration process started with the front desk person. At the end of the appointment after the doctor step, it took almost an hour for the team to put the papers inside a folder and seal it with clear tape. The staff was friendly but extremely SLOW and INNEFICIENT.
