I was pleased to find that I was able to be seen on the same day as my request for a last minute physical I needed. Great customer service staff. Went the extra effort to ensure my bill processed through insurance.

Came in for my DOT physical and they got me in quickly! Keisha did a great job and made me feel comfortable enough that my blood pressure was at a normal range lol. Will definitely make Oregon City my go to facility for my medical needs!

I had an injury at work, and AFC was able fit me in quickly. I have been seeing Dr Cribbs, who is attentive and prompt.  Beginning my appointment with a catch up and doing vitals with Keisha is the best part of my visits! She always has smiles to give, and genuine care in our interactions. I always appreciate the kindness and care the staff at AFC provide me, and I’m grateful for that every time I leave an appointment.

I originally appeared for my first DOT physical last Saturday and failed it because of my eyes and was referred to an ophthalmologist and the return after the report was said to be “time sensitive”. So the ophthalmologist tested me and cleared me with no issues and when I returned I had to do the whole test again with the fee only to be flunked again. If that was to be the case why would the return be considered “time sensitive” I would have scheduled the weekend again.

I used the clinic for the first time for physical  examination for DOT and I was happy to be able and fix and appointment for the next day . They sent me all the paperwork to my phone and I filled it up then at the appointment time I only had to pay ! Half an hour later o was outside with my certificate in my hands ! Nice staff , nice service !

Scheduling WC appt was very good. Wasn't sent to Salem, OC is much closer. Dr. Cribs was good, he listened, he took xrays and after a week he let me try working which was awesome. I would recommend Dr. Cribs for WC.

I was seen for an on the job injury, wait time was not very long, staff was friendly and courteous. Best experience I've had at a worker's comp. visit. Even though it's a 30 min drive I would definitely use them again and refer anyone that I work with that has an on the job injury.
