Excellent service and care. Nurse Trista and PA Stocking were very friendly and detail-oriented. They cared about why I was there and met my needs. I feel HAPPY because of the care I received. Thank you to both or you!

Very terrible customer service, I came for an emergency, spoke with Kanitha or Kanita but she put me on hold for almost 20 minuites, then told me - while being very rude- we are actually "full for the day" and cant accept your emergency "you can come tomorrow"..very frustrating : Did she know what was my emergency? NO Did she care to ask? NO Did she apooogize for puting me on hold for 20 min? NO I asked her why put me on hold then for 20 min, she said very rudly "I only have 2 hands and I cant do everything same time".....How Rude that is! I am injured and hurt but Kanitha has Zero customer service and zero care or sincerity. And on top of that she just told me "am not taking you or serving you" This shows that she doesnt care sbout AFC urgent care core values, clearly patients is just a number to her. And serving people is by choice to her. I dont even think that the president of AFC urgent will discharge or reject patients the same disgusting way she did. When someone is hurt and bleeding means they may be "dizzy", "short of breath" and so on. Kanitha should have been more professional, more sincere, and more HUMAN before being very rude and very unhelpful.

Poor service, unhelpful website, no consideration for people seeking care. Clearly AFC does not value patients or the time of their patients. I scheduled an appointment during regular business hours during the week for a Saturday appointment. Forty minutes before the scheduled appointment, they texted me to say it was canceled because it’d been scheduled incorrectly. While on the phone with the receptionist, I brought up their website and my appointment to read her what I had clicked on to schedule. It was correct based on their online instructions but she indicated it showed differently on the back end and because of their policy, they could not see me at the scheduled time. The next available time was four days out. When asked who I could speak to about the website glitch and their scheduling policy, the receptionist said a manager wouldn’t be available until Monday. Will not use of recommended AFC to anyone since they clearly do not care about people’s time and refuse to offer care to scheduled patients because of their own web errors.

Do Not recommend for Covid testing or any medical services. I went here nearly 2 weeks ago to get tested for Covid. I had an appointment yet had to wait over an hour for a staff member to test me. It's been 10 days and I still haven't received my results! I even tried calling, left voice mails and no one returned my call. Absolutely ridiculous for a medical place to this inefficient and unprofessional during a pandemic. Pathetic really. Avoid going here.

The Doctor told my daughter that she probably just tore a muscle when she was complaining of chest pain on the right side. That she had congestion which she wasn’t complaining about. Didn’t take an X-ray. Said she sounded fine. No way she did. She was shortcon air and chest pain. Took her to another doctor the next day and they took an X-ray. She had pneumonia. Bad enough she has been in the hospital for 5 days!!! That’s bad care! This was at the beaverton one.
