We were in Pigeon Forge on vacation, and I got sick.  I am so thankful I found AFC in Sevierville.  I have been to an AFC in Georgia where I live, and this one in TN had all of my info on file already because of that, so check-in was really easy.  The PA and nurse that I saw were so kind and helpful, and I appreciate them very much and all they did for me to get me on the road to recovery.

We were in the area for fall break and my daughter woke up with a sore throat. I scheduled online, completed paperwork online, and once we arrived at the facility, we met a very kind staff. We only waited a few minutes and were taken back for evaluation and testing. The nurse practitioner came in to confirm strep diagnosis. She was very caring and called in the medicine quickly.  If you need urgent care treatment, I highly recommend this facility!

I’m a vacationer enjoying Pigeon Forge TN and the Great Smoky Mountains and end up with upper respiratory symptoms. The AFC in Sevierville was absolutely incredible. The appointment was easy to make and all paperwork was done online. I was called out before my appointment time. Was taken back ahead of schedule. The doctor came in within just a few minutes. Overall fantastic experience (except upper respiratory infection). Great to know there’s a AFC in Tennessee that we can depend on. Great place if you’re in need!!!
