After testing positive for COVID with an at-home antigen test, I went to Carbon health wondering if they could run their own test and prescribe Paxlovid to me. They ran their test quickly but left it up to me to send the prescription. I accidentally sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was closed for the day. This was my mistake. But, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get in touch with my doctor at Carbon health to get the prescription sent to a different pharmacy.

I was told at the Novato office that they didn't do X rays, so I would have to go to the Corte Madera office, which I did only to find out they didn't have any technicians available. Would have been nice to know that before I drove 20 miles to get there.
