The online scheduling is quite simple and convenient. Jessica, the Medical Assistant, is supremely professional. The care provided was phenomenal and the main reason for this review. I recommend this provider.

Scheduling was easy, front desk woman was extremely rude. Nurse was nice, but the woman at the front made me never want to go here again.

I knew I had the stomach flu and was having severe, debilitating abdominal cramps. I scheduled an appointment and noted this in the visit reason description. I was hoping for some kind of pain relief or help in easing the muscle contractions. When I arrived they just confirmed that I have the stomach flu and told me they couldn't do anything for that and offered a tylenol (thanks so much, but I can get that at any store and have it at home). There needs to be a way to audit whether or not carbon can actually help you before they smile, take your $225, and pat you on the back saying sorry! Can't do anything! If you can't do anything for my problem, I need to know before handing over that much money.

The receptionist was on break and the office was locked. Knocked but no one came to the door.  The door didn’t open until 1:20 pm and my appointment was at 1:15 pm

Have what I think is a urinary tract infection. To make things worse, I am a man and as is widely known, guys cannot handle the pain and discomfort ! As such, I made an appointment and was able to be seen in just 30 minutes ! Little did I know, the best was yet to come. WHO KNEW that Carbon Health has such kind, caring, thoughtful and skilled people !  At your Martinez clinic, Ashlie was wonderful in getting me all set up, paperwork done, and an initial consult and testing performed. Then, Shea came in, discussed the test results, we considered other possible contributing factors, and she provided me with two prescriptions to alleviate my sorry and pathetic condition !   HA ! ! !   I cannot tell you the feeling of relief I felt after receiving such empathy, care and kindness from Shea and Ashlie during my appointment today. Thank you both very, very much. I will be sure to pass along to others the story of my excellent experience today.

Staff was wonderful! I scheduled an appt and did not have to wait at all! Dr came right in and was very knowledgeable about my conditions as was the nurse. I was treated to my satisfaction and would recommend carbon health to all my family and friends

Same-day appointment, no wait. Spacious, clean waiting area. Excellent attentive check-in staff. Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable, explained the bloodwork to me, and answered all my questions.

Woke up sick as a dog and was able to get the first appt @9am.   The front desk/medical assistant was a pleasure and very efficient as was the doctor.  Overall amazing experience.   Clean office very welcoming.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I had no idea it was even available and near my home until I couldn’t get in anywhere and then went searching and found it. This place is a hidden treasure bc it was very clean, has great customer service and the provider I saw was WONDERFUL, so kind, smart, and wonderful bedside manner. 10/10.

My son referred me to this urgent care.   I have had knee pain for 3 weeks which caused back pain due to changing the way I walked. I saw Dr Shea and she was wonderful.  Prescribed me prednisone to reduce the swelling and muscle relaxers to help with the lower back pain due to changing my walking habits.  Day one after receiving her care, I am feeling perfect and excited to get my life back on track. Wonderful experience.
