    KEEPING OUR PATIENTS SAFE We have implemented appointment scheduling to help maintain safe distancing in our patient service centers. If you are here with a physician’s order to be tested for possible COVID-19 infection or pre-procedure / pre-admission testing, please call 937-823-1017 when you arrive and remain in your car. COVID-19/FLU appointments are available between 10am-4:45pm. If you are being tested for the COVID-19 IgG Antibody test and do not have COVID-19/FLU symptoms, you do not need an appointment and can be tested between the hours of M-F 7:00am-5:00pm Sat 7:30am-12:00pm. All other laboratory orders are available on a walk-in basis between the hours of M-F 7:00am-5:00pm Sat 7:30-12:00pm Masks are required
